Each individual sheet in this pack measures exactly 600 mm in width by 645 mm in length. We calibrate the thickness of every sheet to exactly 15 microns, which is equivalent to 0.015 mm (60 gauge). We extrude the film directly in our own facility. This close control over manufacturing ensures a uniform thickness across the entire sheet surface, eliminating thin spots that can easily tear during manual handling.

We use 100% virgin polythene (low-density polyethylene) to manufacture these sheets. The material contains zero recycled content. This raw virgin state ensures a completely clear, transparent film that is entirely free from the chemical smells associated with low-grade regranulate. The chemical purity of virgin LDPE also translates to predictable tensile strength and high elasticity compared to recycled alternatives.
This product is sold in cartons containing 1000 loose, flat-packed sheets. They are not wound on a roll. Your operators won't waste time tearing sheets along perforations, and the loose format reduces static cling, speeding up manual packing lines.

Material Limitations and Exclusions
Understanding the limits of a 15-micron (0.015 mm) film prevents product damage. These sheets are lightweight separating liners, not heavy-duty sacks. They cannot hold weight, and they do not have food-contact or medical approvals, making them unsuitable for raw food or pharmaceutical packaging. The virgin LDPE has no built-in UV resistance; direct sunlight will degrade the polymer, meaning they shouldn't be used for outdoor storage. Sharp metal corners, exposed threads, or heavy jagged items will easily puncture a 15-micron film.
Handling Performance and Material Behavior
Because we use virgin polymer, these sheets are highly transparent. Handheld scanners can read barcodes and serial numbers directly through the film without unpacking. If your process requires a completely enclosed pocket, the LDPE material is easily heat-sealable with standard industrial impulse or bar sealers. Despite being thin, the film has decent puncture resistance and will stretch slightly before tearing. The non-stick surface allows workers to pull nested parts apart quickly.
Selecting the Right Size and Thickness
A 600 x 645 mm sheet is perfect for medium-sized plastic bins and cardboard boxes. However, it is too small to serve as a full-size pallet liner for standard Euro-pallets (1200 x 800 mm). If your facility struggles with moisture, these LDPE sheets perform much better than cardboard separators, as they do not absorb humidity or lose structural strength when wet. For heavy, sharp, or abrasive parts, you should skip this 15-micron gauge and choose our 30-micron or 50-micron options instead.
